Pet Questions:

Q.1) Do you accept Pets?
A.1) Yes, at Villa Palms Apartment Homes, we proudly welcome your pet as a member of the family.

Q.2) Do you accept Large Dogs?
A.2) Yes, we welcome dogs of all sizes; however, we do have some breed restrictions.

Q.3) Why do you accept some breeds of dogs, but not all?
A. 3) Although we love all pets, we have worked with the California Humane society to put together a restrictive list of certain breeds of dogs that do not do well living in an apartment home setting.

Q.4) Witch breeds of dogs are restricted?
A.4) The following breeds of Dogs, whether full-or mixed-will not be accepted: Airedales, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Basset Hounds, Bloodhounds, Bullmastifs, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepards, Giant Schnauzers, Great Danes, Husky's, Pit Bulls, Standara Poodles (miniature poodles are welcome), Presa Canarios, Rotweilers, St. Bernards, Terriers, (West Highland Jack Russell and Yorkshire Terriers are welcome), Wolf Hybrids.

Q.5) Is there an additional pet Deposit and/or Pet rent?
A.5) Yes, the pet deposit is $500.00. Pet rent only applies to dogs, not cats, and is $25.00 per month.

Q.6) Is there an application fee?
A.6) Yes, the application fee is $25.00 per adult, and it is non-refundable.

Q.7) What is the security deposit?
A.7) The security Deposit for all one-bedroom apartment homes is $400.00; The security deposit for all two bedroom apartment homes is $500.00.

Q.8)Can I pay my rent with a credit card?
A.8) Yes, you may pay your rent online with a credit or debit card by going to: www.RentPayment.com or by calling Rent Payment Toll-Free: 1-866-289-5977 or by Fax: 1-888-788-9640

General Questions:

Q.9) What lease terms are you offering?
A.9) Our lease terms vary, depending on the time of year and our availability.

Q.10) What utilities are included?
A.10) Here at Villa Palms apartment homes, our residents are responsible for they're own gas and electricity, cable, internet, and phone service. We ask that our residents pay a portion of Water, garbage and sewage; that portion is capped, and dependant upon the number of people residing in an apartment home. For example, if there is only one resident in an apartment home, the MOST they pay for water, trash, and sewage combined would be $35.00 per month; if two or more people live in an apartment home, than the most they pay would be $55.00 month, We pay the rest!

Q.11) Does the apartment come with a parking space?
A.11) Yes, every apartment home comes with one free parking space and two parking permits. At Villa Palms Apartment Homes, our parking is for our residents only, and it enforced by permit. There are extra spaces available on a first-come-first-served basis, but you must be a resident to use them.

Q.12) What amenities do you offer?
A.12) We offer Beautiful Landscaping, a Sparkling Swimming Pool, 24 Hour Emergency Maintenance Service, Covered Parking, expansive patios with extra storage, full time maintenance and professional management, 24 hour laundry facility that is NOT coin operated, and so much more.
